I spend a lot of time staring at screens.

Between work tasks and university assignments my laptop and phone are practically glued to me.

Once the workday ends, I’ve realised I need to disconnect more and give my brain and eyes a little break.

Even during work hours, I don’t want to lose my focus by various distractions.

However, it’s easier said than done- nowadays it’s quite tough to unplug.

Here, as always, AI comes in handy. With a few useful tips and tools I better manage screen time, reduce interruptions, and stay balanced.

Subscribe now

Tips for a digital detox

Cutting down on notifications and screen time doesn’t happen in a day, but there are a few tips that actually work.

First off, I’m ruthless with limiting my notifications - anything not directly work related or from family/close friends gets shut off.

I like the feeling of my phone not constantly yelling at me.

Then comes the app limits- they are easy to set up and remind me that maybe I’ve already had enough scrolling for the day.

I also rely on do not disturb mode. I can customise it so work-related stuff gets through, but personal notifications stay silent. It keeps my productivity level high and stress one low.

Another one? Keeping my phone physically out of reach. I just put it in another room to for example charge.

And one more thing- an hour before I sleep, my phone dims, shifts to grayscale, and stops all notifications.

So far, all those tricks have been helping me feel more in control, so why don’t you try them out too?

AI apps to better manage screen time

While trying to achieve the perfect screen time balance I’ve tested some apps, because I wasn’t doing a great job on my own at all times.

I’d surely recommend RescueTime- it tracks everything I do on my devices and gives me a breakdown of where my time actually goes.

Forest- is super cute and motivating. Every time you stay off your phone, you grow a little tree in a virtual forest. The longer you stay focused, the bigger and better your forest looks. Plus, there’s an option to plant real trees if you use it enough so it’s basically a win-win situation.

Finally- ScreenTime is great if you want to set limits for specific apps or see how often you’re picking up your phone throughout the day.

I feel like those few tools actually helped me get smarter about how I spend my time or rather waste it.

It’s like a little reality check every day.

Conclusions

Managing screen time isn’t about ditching technology completely—it’s about using it on your terms.

By applying a few helpful tips and using some fun apps, I’ve started to feel way more in control of how I spend my time.

Now I catch myself doomscrolling faster and can redirect that energy into something more meaningful.

So if you’re feeling glued to your screens like I was, why not give some of these tips a shot?

Trust me, your brain (and your eyes) will thank you.

Using ChatGPT to write B2B vs. B2C digital product descriptions

Tips and a ready-to-use ChatGPT prompt for efficient product descriptions

Anna

Building a digital product is hard work, but getting people to actually understand its value can be even more challenging.

As a technical writer my job is to write clear and persuasive descriptions that will not only tell customers what the product does, but also why it’s worth their attention and money.

The way a description is created can be a game-changer in how a product resonates with potential buyers.

I chose to use AI because it simplifies the writing process by providing quick drafts and some helpful ideas.

Subscribe now

Tips for Writing a Convincing Product Description

I believe that writing a compelling product description, whether for a business or consumer audience, comes down to a few key strategies:

identifying main advantages - I start with explaining why my product even matters. For B2B I focus on operational efficiencies, time savings, or revenue gains. For B2C I highlight convenience, enjoyment, or other personal benefits. I start with an interesting or controversial hook to get the readers’ attention right away.

keeping balance between the features and benefits - the “how” is just as important as the “why.” I try to connect each product feature to its practical benefit, making it easier for clients to understand its value. I prefer using bullet points to list the features because this format allows for quick reading.

using a friendly, yet professional tone - I try to keep my writing straightforward and respectful, but at the same time I’m not afraid to make it slightly conversational so that it’s easier to understand.

including testimonials and use cases - opinions from satisfied customers and examples of how the product is implemented surely adds credibility. I try to help clients visualise the product’s impact in real-world situations, making it more relatable.

A copy- paste prompt for ChatGPT for any digital product description

If you need to write your product description, here’s a ready prompt that works well with both B2B and B2C products:

Write a (choose B2B or B2C) digital product description for a (here write the name of your product).

Start with a catchy hook and the main benefits that would appeal to (here put target audience).

Then include a bulleted list of key features: (here write a few of your most important product features), showing how each feature supports the benefits mentioned.

Use a friendly but professional tone that feels relatable and actionable.

Make language simple.

Here’s what I got for a recent digital product created by my colleague: an essential guide and blog covering airport information and travel tips.

Your Ultimate Airport Registry: Travel Made Easy

Traveling soon? Settling In (1 minute)
Take a moment to get comfortable. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels best for you right now. Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze, allowing your body to begin to relax.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your abdomen expand. Hold it for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Let’s do that a couple more times—inhale deeply… and exhale fully.
With each breath, let your body sink a little deeper into relaxation.

2. Body Awareness (2 minutes)
Now, bring your attention to your body. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort. Start at the top of your head and slowly move down to your toes.
As you focus on each part, consciously release any tightness you might be holding. If you feel tension in your shoulders, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine that tension melting away.
Continue this process down through your body. Relax your forehead, soften your jaw, loosen your shoulders, and let your hands rest comfortably.
Take your time; there’s no rush.

3. Breath Focus (3 minutes)
Now, gently bring your attention to your breath. Notice how it feels as you breathe in and out.
As you inhale, feel the air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, notice how your body releases that air.
If your mind starts to wander, that’s perfectly okay. Acknowledge those thoughts and gently guide your focus back to your breath.
Let’s take a few moments to simply breathe. Inhale… and exhale.
(Continue focusing on your breath for another minute.)

4. Visualization (2 minutes)
Now, let’s shift to a visualization. Imagine a peaceful place—a serene beach, a quiet forest, or anywhere that makes you feel calm and safe.
Picture yourself in that space. What do you see? What do you hear? How does the air feel on your skin?
Allow the sensations of this place to wash over you, bringing a sense of calm and safety. If any anxious thoughts arise, imagine them drifting away like clouds in the sky, leaving you with a clear blue expanse.

5. Returning to the Present (2 minutes)
Now, slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Start by noticing the surface beneath you. Feel the weight of your body and the support it offers.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently, bringing movement back into your body. When you’re ready, take a deep breath in… and let it out slowly.
And when you feel ready, gently open your eyes. Take a moment before returning to your day.

Conclusions

Incorporating ChatGPT into my stress management has been a game-changer.

Having a tool that provides personalised guidance for mindfulness makes it easier for me to find a few moments each day to focus on my well-being.

It’s cool to have a go-to resource that I can rely on to help me whenever I need it.

Check it out and improve your own mental health just a tiny bit.

Thanks for supporting productiveimpact!

Subscribe to my newsletter to stay on track with all productivity articles!

Using ChatGPT for creative and actionable problem solving

Overcome work challenges using a simple chatGPT prompt

Anna

Like everyone, I face quite a few challenges at work daily.

I prefer to approach all of my tasks, problems included, in a structured and organised way.

However, when creative blocks hit, why not use the tools like ChatGPT for a fresh perspective?

I think it’s worth exploring how AI can present us with new solutions to our problems.

While using AI for personal dilemmas might feel morally controversial, when it comes to work, there's no reason not to make your life easier.

Steps and cognitive strategies

There are many different approaches to problem-solving, but certain steps remain the same across most methods.

The fundamentals typically include defining the problem, analysing the root cause, generating solutions, implementing and testing them, and finally standardising adjusting the solutions as needed.

These steps help to make sure that you're actually addressing the main issue, not just its symptoms.

Along with this structured approach, cognitive strategies play an important role in problem-solving processes.

Reframing the problem can help you see it from a fresh perspective and open up new solutions.

Breaking down a large issue into smaller parts also makes the problem more manageable.

Additionally, systems thinking encourages you to look at how different parts of a problem interact with each other.

I believe that combining the cognitive techniques with the step-by-step problem-solving framework can make even the most complex challenges easier to handle.

Copy-paste ChatGPT prompt for actionable

problem solutions

Here is a ready ChatGPT prompt designed to help you generate actionable solutions to your problems.

Remember to fill in the specific definition of your problem, what you want to achieve and your desired deadline for the resolution.

Using a streamlined problem-solving technique, write a comprehensive solution to the following problem. It came into life after a major incident in the UK, where authorities uncovered a plot involving liquid explosives.

To go through the airport security, in your carry-on luggage, you can only bring liquids in containers no bigger than 100 ml (3.4 ounces), and all of them need to fit into a single quart-sized clear plastic bag. You're allowed just one bag per person, and the total amount of liquids can’t exceed 1 liter.

The introduction of new CT scanners was expected to finally put an end to the era of 100 ml travel-sized shampoo and soap bottles. These advanced scanners, much like those used in hospitals, provide detailed 3D images of the contents inside luggage. They have the ability to rotate 360 degrees and zoom in for a closer inspection. Equipped with smart software, they can detect explosives, even in liquid form.

Months of work destroyed by EU regulations

So, the vision was clear: to create a simple, powerful platform that allowed travellers to easily check liquid limits at airports around the world.

The work was fully on: Karol was scraping data from sources like Wikipedia and gathering comprehensive details about the world’s busiest airports, Google Maps locations, airlines, and passenger traffic stats.

I was busy gathering liquid limit data, writing articles about the airports, and designing parts of the UI along the way.

As the launch approached, we connected with the online community, engaging on X and Product Hunt to gather feedback and refine the user experience.

Just as we were about to launch, the EU made a surprising announcement: major airports like Heathrow and Frankfurt would revert to the old 100 ml liquid restrictions, putting the brakes to the progress made with new CT scanners. The scanners that were supposed to be a game-changer, were making too many mistakes to be fully trusted, forcing airports to stick with the previous rules.

After months of research and hard work, it felt like all that effort had gone to waste, as the website’s key feature was now practically useless, leaving little choice but to quickly adapt and postpone the launch.

AI for data scrapping and fetching images

Throughout the project, AI played a crucial role, particularly in data scraping to gather essential information on over 150 airports.

By writing Python scripts, Karol successfully extracted valuable data from Wikipedia, including airport locations, airlines, and passenger traffic statistics.

Despite the challenges posed by the often-unstructured nature of Wikipedia's tables, he was able to create a solid database that served as the foundation for the project.

The entire process is documented in detail on his blog, which you can check out here.

In addition to data scraping, AI was also used to integrate the Unsplash API, enabling the website to automatically pull high-quality images for each airport.

This not only improved the site’s aesthetics but also provided travellers with visual context, making the information more relatable and engaging.

If you’re curious about the technical aspects behind this feature, you can dive into it here.

Launching anyway: a must-have tool for travellers

Even with the liquid limit tracking feature on hold, the website was launched anyway.

The platform still has a lot of useful information for travellers, making it a pity to let all that effort go to waste.

Whether you're looking for Google Maps locations of airports, details on which airlines fly there, or statistics on how busy an airport is, the website offers all of that in a sleek, easy-to-use format.

Plus, there’s a blog on the site filled with travel hacks to help make your journey smoother and more enjoyable.

This is just the beginning.

The site is live and open to feedback from travellers.

Users can stay updated with helpful blog posts, contribute to the site's development through feedback forms, and get all the essential information they need to make their travel experience smoother.

Our commitment to the platform is strong and we're focused on where it’s headed next.

We’re putting in the work, and we hope on your support along the way!

Check the website here:

https://airportregistry.com/

Improving public speaking with AI

Using ChatGPT to draft speeches and maximize delivery

Anna

Part of my job is helping with preparation for public speeches.

I mostly work on drafting the content, but being surrounded with conference speakers has also taught me a lot about a proper speech delivery.

One thing I've learned? They seem like an artificial way to gain more viewers and rarely accompany valuable content anymore. Instead, interaction is everything. Once you start participating in discussions, people visit your profile and begin commenting as well.

Consistency is key. It sounds cliché but is undeniably true. Missing a day or two can result in losing followers or, more importantly, losing contact in the DMs, which is more valuable than the numbers themselves. Over 100 reactions are easily achievable in a day, but the real impact comes from comments and contributions that add value, not just likes.

Understanding the algorithm and going viral is another lesson for me to be still learnt. From my experience it’s incredibly unpredictable with no clear rules. One of my posts went sort of viral, getting over 4,000 views and nearly 50 comments. It was a simple single line with a CTA in the form of a question. Despite having many more valuable posts on my feed (at least from my point of view), that one had its breakthrough moment.

<picture></picture>

<g>

</g><polyline points="15 3 21 3 21 9"></polyline><polyline points="9 21 3 21 3 15"></polyline><line x1="21" x2="14" y1="3" y2="10"></line><line x1="3" x2="10" y1="21" y2="14"></line>

Statistics so far and what’s next?

After five months, I have 123 followers. You can ask it for any financial advise or even try to form some financial plans with it.

Let’s try it with a simple monthly budget management, including some of the basic expenses, debt repayment and some financial goals.

Ready to copy paste prompt:

Provide a financial plan for someone earning (insert your income) per year.

My monthly expenses include:

(Here list a few fixed monthly expenses. For categories where exact amounts are uncertain, just provide the name of the are, Chat will estimate automatically.)

My debts are:

(Here list your debts and specify the timeframe for paying them off.)

My saving goals are:

(Here outline some main saving goals. If you don’t have a specific amount of money needed for certain goals, ask Chat to estimate it)

Here is what I write:

Provide a financial plan for someone earning 120k per year.

My monthly expenses include:

Flat rent: 4k Food Gas

My debts are:

2.5k on the credit card and I want to pay it off within a year time

My saving goals are:

summer holidays in Greece ski trip to Austria

estimate the cost of my saving goals

And I get:

To create a comprehensive financial plan based on your income, expenses, debts, and savings goals, let's break down each component step-by-step.

Income:

Annual Income: 120,000

Monthly Expenses:

Flat Rent: 4,000 Food: Estimate your monthly food expenses. Let's assume 1,500 per month. Gas/Transportation: Estimate your monthly transportation expenses. Let's assume 500 per month.

Total Monthly Expenses:

Rent: 4,000 Food: 1,500 Gas: 500 Total Monthly Expenses: 6,000

Debt:

Credit Card Debt: 2,500 (to be paid off within a year)

Savings Goals:

Now, let's estimate the cost of your savings goals:

Summer Holidays in Greece: Estimate the total cost of the trip, including flights, accommodation, food, activities, and any other expenses. A rough estimate could range from 5,000 to 10,000 USD depending on your preferences and duration of stay. Ski Trip to Austria: Estimate the total cost similarly, including flights, accommodation, ski passes, equipment rental, food, and other expenses. This could also range from 3,000 to 7,000 USD depending on the specifics of your trip.

Financial Plan:

Budgeting:

Calculate your monthly disposable income after deducting your monthly expenses: Monthly income after taxes and deductions: Approximately 10,000 (120,000 / 12) Monthly expenses: 6,000 (Rent, Food, Gas) This leaves you with 4,000 per month for savings, debt repayment, and other discretionary spending.

Debt Repayment:

Allocate a portion of your remaining income towards paying off your credit card debt. To pay off 2,500 in 12 months, you need to allocate approximately 210 per month towards debt repayment.

Emergency Fund:

Start building an emergency fund once your credit card debt is paid off. Aim for 3-6 months' worth of expenses as a safety net.

Saving for Goals:

Estimate the total cost of each trip (Greece and Austria) and divide it by the number of months until your planned departure. For example: If Greece trip costs 8,000 and you plan to go in 12 months: Save approximately 667 per month. If Austria trip costs 5,000 and you plan to go in 9 months: Save approximately 556 per month.

Additional Savings:

After covering debt repayment and trip savings, allocate additional funds towards long-term savings goals such as retirement or investments.

Investments:

Consider investing a portion of your savings in diversified assets like stocks, bonds, or retirement accounts to grow your wealth over time.

Example Monthly Plan:

Income: 10,000 Expenses: Rent: 4,000 Food: 1,500 Gas: 500 Debt repayment: 210 (to pay off credit card debt) Savings for Greece trip: 667 Savings for Austria trip: 556

Adjustments:

Monitor your actual expenses closely and adjust your budget as necessary. Take advantage of any opportunities for increasing your income, such as bonuses or salary increases. Review and update your financial plan regularly to ensure you stay on track with your goals and adapt to any changes in your financial situation.

By following this structured financial plan, you should be able to effectively manage your expenses, pay off your debt, save for your trips, and build towards your long-term financial security and goals. Adjust the savings goals and debt repayment timeline based on your actual expenses and any changes in income.

Conclusions

To sum up, leveraging AI for personal finance management offers numerous advantages.

You can automatically track your expenses, receive tailored savings recommendations, and gain investment insights.

This approach ensures that your financial decisions are more efficient and effective.

Remember to choose reputable platforms to responsibly enjoy the benefits of AI-driven financial tools.

Start managing your money This makes conversations with the AI feel more natural and fluid, significantly improving the user experience.

Multimodal analysis and generation: the model can process and respond to various types of data, including audio, images, and text. It understands these different mediums and generates coherent responses across them.

Language: with support extended to 50 languages, GPT-4o handles multilingual tasks effortlessly. This broad language capability allows it to interact with users from diverse backgrounds, making it more inclusive and useful globally.

Sentiment analysis: the model can detect and understand user sentiment, capturing the emotional context of interactions. This capability allows it to respond more empathetically and appropriately in the conversations, enhancing its effectiveness in customer service and personal assistant roles.

Voice nuance: GPT-4o can generate speech with subtle emotional nuances, making its spoken responses sound more human-like. This feature is particularly beneficial for applications requiring sensitive communication, such as counseling or customer support.

File uploads: users can upload files for specific data analysis, and GPT-4o will analyse the content to provide relevant insights. This functionality is useful for tasks that require detailed examination of datasets.

Image understanding: users can upload images for analysis, and GPT-4o will interpret the visual content to provide insights and explanations.

Improved safety: GPT-4o delivers more accurate and safer outputs with a reduced risk of generating incorrect or misleading information. Enhanced safety protocols ensure that the model's responses are appropriate and reliable.

Testing some of the functions

Sentiment analysis

ChatGPT can look at images and figure out the emotions they show, like happiness, sadness, anger, or surprise. content plagiarism?

Well, technically speaking, it's not.

Plagiarism, at its core, involves taking someone else's work and passing it off as your own.

AI tools have the capability to create the original content from scratch, which would mean their outputs bypass any plagiarism concerns.

However, if the AI looks for the existing information online and then rephrase it to create seemingly new content in a way that it doesn’t get flagged as duplicated, that would be considered plagiarism.

If you use information from any source without later quoting it and giving credits to the author, the text is essentially plagiarised.

What is more, if you are a student, most teachers consider AI content equal with the plagiarised content, they don’t differentiate between the two types of text generating methods.

<p class="button-wrapper" ethical?

A lot of people see AI writing as unethical because you present a text as your own, when in fact it was AI that helped you create it.

It might seem unfair to take credits for something that you didn’t develop yourself.

The problem is widely spread in the academic sphere – you can pass your classes with AI generated essays without any basic knowledge on the subject and no real effort put into writing about it.

Same comes to the online writing – whole blog’s content can be created without even one original idea from the author.

There are ways of making your AI created content sound more personal – I mentioned in the article on writing LinkedIn posts with ChatGPT: https://productiveimpact.com/p/how-to-write-a-linkedin-post-with-chatgpt

However, the question stands: should some areas be left AI-free for the writters be able to fully take credit and pride of their achievements or is it just silly not to possibilites that AI offers us?

Prompts for paraphrasing without plagiarism using ChatGPT

While generating a whole text using AI tools might seem controversial, using ChatGPT to save time and effort on paraphrasing quotes from the chosen sources is a worthwhile idea.

To paraphrase your content correctly you should remember about a few rules:

use synonyms wisely - avoid pompous vocabulary or being repetitive.

mix up the order of ideas - try to make them easy to follow and engaging.

keep quotes short and to the point - don’t make your readers confused or bored.

add personal touch - include your own conclusions drawn on the topic (not obligatory).

I give ChatGPT the following input:

Paraphrase the following quote below.

Remember not to use pompous vocabulary.

Avoid repetitions.

Change the order of the ideas.

Keep the language formal yet simple.

Make the text easy to follow by an average reader.

(here paste your quote)

I chose a fragment from the article on the impact of AI on the student-instructor relation during online courses, which I found online: https://educationaltechnologyjournal.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/s41239-021-00292-9

In online learning environments, communication refers to questions and answers between students and the instructor about topics directly related to learning contents, such as instructional materials, assignments, discussions, and exams (Kang & Im, 2013). Students and instructors expect AI systems will positively impact the quantity and quality of communication between them but bears the risk causing miscommunication and responsibility issues, as described below.

And this is what I got:

Online learning involves students and instructors engaging in discussions about course materials, assignments, and exams. Both parties anticipate that AI systems will enhance their communication in terms of both quantity and quality. However, there are concerns about potential misunderstandings and issues of accountability associated with this reliance on AI technology.

Conclusions

AI tools can create original content, but if they simply rephrase existing information to avoid detection, then the ethical boarders are crossed.

However, I think AI can be a valuable help for paraphrasing texts still keeping the work original and giving the credits to the authors of the sources.

Ultimately, the balance between leveraging AI tools and keeping individual creativity is a complex question that doesn’t have one right answer.

I plan on using ChatGPT to make my paraphrasing processes smoother and quicker.

Save your time as well and explore the options ChatGPT gives us when it comes to rephrasing any sources!

If you liked this article check out other publications on my newsletter!

What annoys me about LinkedIn?

A few icks I get from the LinkedIn culture.

Anna

Over-the-top self-promotion

LinkedIn – the virtual professional playground where we all simply gather to share our authentic thoughts, right?

Well…

LinkedIn undoubtedly has its perks, but there are a few things that really annoy me about it.

Let's start with the constant self-congratulatory parade.

Endless posts describing every little win. Make sure your email handle looks professional.

Short summary - 1 or 2 sentences summing up your professional career and key skills that show what you're good at and what you've done in your career. That statement helps you pitch yourself in front of the future employers.

Education - your schools and degrees, starting with the most recent. Include the qualification you got, where you studied and when you started and finished.

Work experience - write down your most relevant work history, beginning with the most recent job. Include the job title, employment dates, employer name and location. Under each job, use bullet points to give a brief overview of your responsibilities and achievements.

Certificates - credentials that describe some sort of special training or achievements that are important for proving your additional qualifications.

Skills, strengths and interests - this part shows what you like and what you feel you’re good at - offering employers a comprehensive understanding of your capabilities and character.

AI tools for writing an effective resume

On the market there are a lot of AI tools that offer help with writing resumes.

Most of them are free or require a small fee.

Same like with other writing tasks I think it’s worth considering using AI to save your time.

Resumes don’t require the abundance of creativity, rather ability to convincingly and clearly summarise certain information.

And that’s what AI is good at.

Here are my top picks:

Kickresume

https://www.kickresume.com/en/

Creating a resume is very straightforward.

You start by answering a short questionnaire about your personal info, work experience, education, skills, and hobbies.

Then, a resume is made for you.

You can change it however you like—add more details, switch the order, or pick a different style.

And done! Your customized resume is ready to go.

*With a free account you can generate 1 resume or a set of bullet points for describing a wanted section from your resume.

Skillroads

https://skillroads.com/

You can choose between using the free resume writing tool or personalised assistance from experienced professionals for a fee.

Similarly to get started, you fill out a quick 5-minute questionnaire, and Skillroads generates a customized resume based on your answers.

What's cool is that Skillroads also provides an AI checker tool to review resumes, spot common mistakes, and make them ATS-friendly (meaning

designed to be easily read and understood by Applicant Tracking Systems)

*You can create and download 1 resume for free.

Rezi

https://www.rezi.ai/

The tool allows you to create a resume from the scratch or import an existing one and improve it.

You can also decide whether you need a general resume or the one written for a specific company.

You fill in manually information for different sections of your resume and Rezi automatically generates the proper descriptions.

*With a free account, you have a limited number of credits for the AI tool, enough for 1 or 2 complete resumes.

ChatGPT

The tool is known to everyone, and in this case, it’s used more for obtaining a critical review of your resume than for creating it.

Simply attach your resume to the input and ask ChatGPT to rate it.

The output will include comments on each section of your resume, along with helpful tips on how to improve it.

In my case, AI pointed out, among other things, the need to include the number of years of experience I have in the field in my summary or to add quantifiable achievements wherever possible in the experience section.

Conclusions

In short, a well-written resume is a basis for an effective job hunt.

It's your chance to show off your skills and make a good first impression.

That's why it's worth putting effort into creating it.

Still, I rather do it wisely using various available AI tools.

I automate the process, but still leave myself the possibility to add some personal touch.

Improve your resume and be in control of your professional path!

If you enjoyed this article check out my other publications for example regarding it possible to efficiently handle your crammed email box?

Sure, you just need to automate a few features.

Keeping your inbox clean is like having a tidy desk.

Its organization is the through various advanced Gmail features you can easily save time on writing repetitive email responses.

Since I started digging deeper into the topic of productivity I can’t imagine not having a proper mailbox system.

Checking and replying to emails is a part of my daily routine and I want it to be as smooth as possible.

<p class="button-wrapper" mailbox?

There are a few Gmail options that make my life easier when it comes to email organization.

All you need to do is set certain features beforehand and then be more efficient each time you write or receive an email.

Here is what I do:

Labeling incoming emails

Gmail allows you to automatically filter and categorize incoming emails.

You can sort them by subject, sender or date. If needed you can access customized filters and catergorize them in even more detailed manner.

In the search box I click the horizontal lines that are on the right side.

I fill in the information that I want my filter to be based on and click ‘create filter’.

Then the options are endless.

I can forward the email, star it, label, mark as read and many others.

To keep my inbox clean I label my emails based on the senders and the work area they relate to.

This way I right away can see what the message most likely refers to before even opening it.

If I later need to search for some information in my mailbox, having all emails categorized also makes it quicker and easier.

<div repeated.

Effortlessly generating an abstract with ChatGPT after putting all that energy into writing the body of your article or paper, can be the final cherry on top before submitting your You want your readers to care about the mentioned issue.

reason for writing – why the topic you write about is important for a certain field. Include the background and context to help the readers understand its relevance.

methodology – how did you do it? Explain your methods and approach.

findings – results of your project.

Phrasing an abstract correctly helps it being more efficiently found in search engines and data bases.

I also pay attention to implementing the proper key words to help the readers with the selection of the paper.

Copy paste ChatGPT prompt for an informative academic abstract

Maximum length of a message you can send to ChatGPT is around 3 thousand words. While prior evidence suggested IVR's potential for enhancing learning, particularly when paired with reflection opportunities, this research aims to scrutinize its efficacy in isolation and in combination with generative learning activities. The methodology involved two experiments with a total of 287 students, assessing their engagement, perceived enjoyment, and knowledge acquisition through IVR and video-based learning activities.

In the first experiment, students were randomly assigned to either experience a science simulation in IVR or watch a video presenting the same content. Results revealed higher levels of enjoyment among IVR participants, yet no significant improvement in knowledge acquisition compared to the video group. The second experiment explored the effectiveness of IVR in conjunction with generative learning activities, specifically enactment. Findings demonstrated that while IVR enhanced student enjoyment and engagement, the addition of enactment activities significantly improved procedural knowledge acquisition, especially within the IVR context.

These findings underscore the importance of integrating IVR with reflective learning strategies to optimize educational outcomes. The study suggests a pedagogical approach where IVR is used for exploration, followed by reflection activities such as enactment or summarization. This sequential model ensures students develop foundational knowledge and familiarity with IVR technology before engaging in emotionally rich learning experiences. Ultimately, the research emphasizes the need for educators to leverage IVR's potential as a tool for immersive learning, ensuring it is coupled with effective pedagogical strategies to maximize its benefits in secondary school education.

With the longer papers just collect some necessary information manually and then ask for an abstract that combines all the provided details. You may also just try to cut down your paper to a smaller length by removing repetitive and less relevant to the bigger picture parts.

Write a paper abstract within 200-300 words limit.
